Return & Exchange

 Only products that have not been removed within 7 days of receiving the product can be exchanged/returned. 

 If the value of the product is lost because the tag is removed or the product is damaged, it cannot be exchanged/returned. 

 If the product you received differs from the product you ordered, you can exchange/return it with in the month  from the date of supply. 

 *In the case of Pre-order, it cannot be returned because of a simple change of mind, but you can only exchange the size. 

 * Refund or exchange is not possible for certain fabrics or products. 

Return & Exchange 

 상품을 공급 받으신 날로부터 7일이내 택이 제거 되지 않은 제품만 교환/반품이 가능합니다.

택이 제거되거나 상품이 훼손되어 상품가치가 상실된 경우에는 교환/반품이 불가능합니다. 

공급받으신 상품이 주문하신 상품과 다를경우 경우에는 공급받은 날로부터 1월이내 교환/반품 가능합니다. 

*프리오더의 경우 단순변심에 의한 반품은 불가하고 사이즈 교환만 가능합니다.  

*특정 원단혹은 상품의 경우 교환 환불이 불가능합니다.

 If exchange or return is not possible   

 - 7 days after ordering the product 

- If the product tag is removed - If the product, etc. is lost or damaged because of the customer's responsibility 

 - If free gifts or components are missing, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

 ※ If the product is defective, the seller will pay the round-trip shipping fee. 

※ If you change your mind and exchange or return, you will have to send the enclosed fee of KRW 5,000 for returning the product. (Including color exchange and size exchange)

※All products are delivered after the inspection process.

     교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우

- 상품 주문한지 7일이 지난 경우 

- 상품택이 제거되있는 경우 

- 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품등이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우 

- 사은품 혹은 구성품이 누락된 경우 이와 같은 경우는 교환 및 반품이 불가능 합니다.

※ 제품불량시 판매자가 왕복 배송비를 부담합니다. 
※ 고객님의 마음이 바뀌어 교환, 반품을 하실 경우 상품반송 비용 6000원을 동봉하여 보내셔야 합니다. 

    제주도, 혹은 추가배송비가 붙는 산지의 경우 추가금액 발생

(색상 교환, 사이즈 교환 등 포함)
